We advise individuals and companies involved in property transactions on the relative CGT implications, whether clients are selling their sole and ordinary residence or are real estate agencies or property investors dealing in property on a regular basis.

We also handle tax investigations and audits involving capital gains taxes revolving around the sale of property in Malta.  As a rule, we act with a view to resolving the matter at a preliminary stage but we have represented clients in front of the IRD's  Board of Special Commissioners and at appellate level.
