Investment Migration Council IMC Malta

The Investment Migration Council (IMC) is the worldwide association for investor immigration and Citizenship-by-Investment, bringing together the leading stakeholders in the field and giving the industry a voice. The IMC sets the standards on a global level and interacts with other professional associations, governments and international organisations in relation to investment migration. The IMC helps to improve public understanding of the issues faced by clients and governments in this area and promotes education and high professional standards among its members

As a global association, the Investment Migration Council aims to bring together leading experts and stakeholders within the industry of investor migration as well as that of citizenship by investment. Representing the global migration sector also in Malta, the IMC has set global standards on the manner in which professionals, associations, governments and international organisations are to interact with one another within this field.

By improving the public understanding on the issues which are faced by clients and governments within this sector, the association is playing a major role in the development of this industry. In fact, the Investment Migration Council created the industry’s fist worldwide Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, which emphasises the importance of integrity, competence, honesty and confidentiality.

Recommended by my local lawyers, I found Dr Priscilla Mifsud Parker and her colleagues very  experienced, knowledgeable yet very approachable.  Highly attentive to detail, professional and courteous, and very proper and correct. CCLEX lawyers completed the Maltese citizenship application project and other investment projects in Malta on time and efficiently, pre-empting any obstacles with proper planning and absorbing the tediousness of tough due diligence.
