Our Private Clients practice focuses on providing high quality legal representation to ultra/ high net worth individuals and families and successful entrepreneurs and business families, as well as to their advisors in the legal, investments, banking and fiduciary sector.

The Private Clients Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal assistance in the areas of Maltese immigration law.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring legal compliance and maintaining high-level of communication with our international clients. The professional must remain abreast of current legislation/regulation and participate in re-design of services in response to business needs and/or new compliance requirements. This position also calls for an individual who can take leadership role in establishing and maintaining quality and consistency of legal work throughout the firm.

We are currently seeking to recruit a Corporate Services Officer with excellent communication skills to join our Corporate Services Team.
Responsibilities will include:
-          Liaising with an international client base;
-          Preparing of corporate documentation for company formations;
-          Taking care of compliance with statutory requirements;
-          Providing on-going client support;
-          Interacting with banks and regulatory authorities.

  • Support the General Operations Manager in managing Housekeeping and Maintenance teams.
  • Support the development of OHS policies and programs
  • Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of equipment, property condition etc.)
  • Conduct risk assessment and enforce preventative measures
  • Review existing policies and measures and update according to legislation
  • Initiate and organize OHS training of all employees 
  • Inspect premises and the work of personnel to identify issues or non-conformity 
  • Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of equipment etc.
  • Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
  • Record and investigate incidents to determine causes
  • Identify, propose and conduct ad-hoc projects to improve on the firm’s status quo and standards
