As of 1st November, 2017, investors who choose to fulfil their investment requirement for Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship by Investment by making a non-refundable contribution to the National Development Fund will benefit from reduced prices by 50 per cent, which brings the minimum investment requirement down to $100,000.
Antigua & Barbuda Citizenship National Development Fund Investment option reduced by 50 per cent
Following extensive market research and an assessment of the Citizenship Programme, the Government of Antigua and Barbuda has decided to reduce the investment threshold for the National Development Fund option by 50%. As of 1st November 2017, the Investors must make the following non-refundable contribution:
- Single Applicants or a family of four or less must contribute a minimum of US$100,000 instead of US$200,000
- A family of five and over contribute a minimum of US$125,000 instead of US$250,000
This amendment will not affect any applications which are currently being processed. Due diligence structures will also remain unchanged.
