Brexit has been delayed for a second time, with the new deadline set for Halloween. Whilst the deadline has been agreed upon with a review in June, the UK will be able to leave the EU beforehand should a deal finally be agreed upon.

The European Commission has implemented an ETIAS European Travel Information and Authorisation System affecting citizens from visa waiver countries. Although ETIAS concerns citizens from Citizenship by Investment Programmes, those citizens with a passport from Malta will not be affected.

The British parliament has voted in favour of delaying Brexit and against a second referendum. Whether Brexit is delayed or not, however, is now in the hands of the leaders of the remaining 27 Member States of the EU.
